There is no self-service reset here — an account on this portal can stop work on live plant, so a password is only ever set by an administrator speaking to you. This tells them you are locked out.
Field technicians sign in through Nova Solis Field Service on their laptop, not here. If that is you, ask your administrator directly — this form cannot help.
